目的:探讨丹红注射液在缺血性心肌病急性失代偿性心力衰竭(Acutely Decompensated Heart Failure,ADHF)患者的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2015年5月至2016年7月经郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院心内科治疗的缺血性心肌病ADHF患者100例,采用随机对照研究方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,2组患者均采用标准化药物治疗,在此基础上治疗组给予丹红注射液,检测2组患者治疗前后脑钠肽(BNP),每搏输出量(SV),左室射血分数(LVEF)等心功能指标,观察治疗后心血管病死率、再次心衰住院率的差别。结果:2组患者一般临床资料差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。用药治疗1个月后患者BNP、SV、LVEF均有明显改善(P0.05);治疗组患者1个月后,心血管病死率和再次住院率较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:丹红注射液可显著改善缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者的预后。 相似文献

苷类是诸多中药的主要活性成分之一。近年来,因其抗炎、抗病毒、增强免疫、抗癌等药理活性的发现,苷类中药成分越来越受到研究者的重视。绝大多数苷类经肠道微生物发酵转化为苷元或低糖苷等成分发挥药效,为了提高苷类成分的生物利用度,在体外将苷类物质转化为相应活性成分,就成为十分有意义的研究课题。微生物发酵技术因其反应特异性强、副产物少、反应条件温和、清洁环保等优点在中药转化领域具有独特优势,利用微生物对苷类中药进行转化的研究大量涌现。本文对近年来微生物发酵转化中药苷类活性成分的研究进展进行展望。 相似文献

摘 要:目的:建立白虎加桂枝汤中芒果苷、新芒果苷、甘草酸、甘草苷、肉桂酸5个有效指标性成分的含量测定方法,为白虎加桂枝汤的颗粒研发奠定基础。方法:采用HPLC-PDA双波长同时测定,Waters xBridge BEH C18(4.6 mm×250 μm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.01%甲酸水,梯度洗脱,流速1 mL?min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长255 nm、280 nm。结果:70 min内芒果苷、新芒果苷、甘草酸、甘草苷、肉桂酸线性范围分别为66-1976 μg(r=0.999 3),70-3487 μg(r=0.999 7),30-913 μg(r=0.999 5),35-1734 μg(r=0.999 5),0.6-187 μg(r=0.999 8),加样回收率平均范围95.29%-100.17%。结论:建立了白虎加桂枝汤中5个有效指标性成分的含量测定方法,该方法简捷、稳定、准确,可为白虎加桂枝汤及其复方颗粒研制的质量控制提供评价方法。 相似文献

Leucine-rich repeat containing 15 (LRRC15) is a member of the leucine-rich repeat superfamily that is overexpressed in various cancers and associated with higher tumor grade and aggression. Despite its known tumorigenicity, its roles within osteosarcoma are unknown, prompting us to evaluate its expression and clinical significance within this rare yet aggressive cancer. Western blots showed differential expression of LRRC15 in the osteosarcoma cell lines MNNG/HOS, KHOS, 143B, MG63, Saos-2, and U2OS. We additionally validated this positive expression, as well as sublocalization to the cell membrane, with immunofluorescence. A tissue microarray constructed from 69 osteosarcoma patient tissues was immunohistochemically stained for LRRC15 expression, stratified, and used for clinicopathological analysis. Publicly available databases on LRRC15 expression, including RNA sequencing data from the Therapeutically Applicable Research to Generate Effective Treatments on Osteosarcoma (TARGET-OS) and the Gene Expression database of Normal and Tumor tissues 2 (GENT2) were also analyzed. We found 63 of the 69 (91.3%) patient tissues exhibited some degree of LRRC15 immunostaining, including no staining (6 of 69, 8.7%), 1+ staining (12 of 69, 17.4%), 2+ staining (25 of 69, 36.2%), and 3+ staining (26 of 69, 37.7%). The patients with osteosarcomas having elevated LRRC15 expression demonstrated comparatively increased metastasis, chemoresistance, and shorter 5-year survival rates. Our analysis of the TARGET-OS and GENT2 databases also showed increased LRRC15 gene expression in osteosarcoma. Taken together, our study supports LRRC15 as a prognostic biomarker and emerging therapeutic target in osteosarcoma. 相似文献

A 66-year-old female patient was admitted with abdominal bleeding as an unexpected complication of robotic surgery. Assessments included the patient's medical history, physical examination, laboratory data, and abdominal ultrasound scan results. In our case, laparotomy revealed an injury to the diaphragm and liver of the patient caused by the previous robotic surgery. In conclusion, although abdominal bleeding is a rare condition, it should be taken into consideration as a complication of robotic cardiac surgery. 相似文献

Platelet-activating factor (PAF) affects capacitation, acrosome reaction and fertilisation potential of spermatozoa. This study investigated the underlying mechanism(s) through which PAF regulated sperm function. Our data demonstrated that PAF dose-dependently induced, whilst lyso-PAF (PAF precursor) showed no effect on acrosome reaction of capacitated human spermatozoa. Treatment with PAF for 90 min enhanced tyrosine phosphorylation and expression of extracellular signal-regulated protein kinases (ERK) 1 and 2 in human spermatozoa. Moreover, pre-treatment with the ERK inhibitor U0126 significantly and dose-dependently suppressed PAF-induced acrosome reaction. Therefore, PAF may be actively involved in the modulation of sperm acrosome reaction by interacting with ERK. The role of PAF in fertilisation warrants further investigation. 相似文献

The aim of the randomised trial was to compare conventional semen parameters, sperm DNA fragmentation levels and satisfaction levels between semen samples collected at home and at the clinic. We recruited 110 men with a history of infertility for at least 1 year from the outpatient andrology clinic. Each man collected two semen samples, one at home and one at the clinic. Men were randomly assigned into the home first (n = 55) or clinic first (n = 55) groups. The primary outcome was sperm concentration. There was no significant difference in sperm concentration, sperm DNA fragmentation levels or other conventional semen parameters between home first and clinic first samples (p > .05), while satisfaction levels were significantly higher for home first samples (p < .01). Consistent results were obtained when comparing home-collected and clinic-collected samples within individuals. Men can be offered the option to collect semen samples at home for examination or assisted reproduction without compromising semen quality, especially for those with difficulty in producing semen samples at the clinic. 相似文献

Microwave ablation has been used to treat bone tumors in extremities for more than 30 years. With improved recognition, updated microwave equipment, and expanded clinical application, microwave ablation has recently been widely used to treat bone tumors. To standardize the application of microwave ablation in the clinical treatment of bone tumors in the limbs, research results and clinical experience involving the use of microwave ablation to treat bone tumors in the limbs have been summarized, and a clinical guideline has been designed. This guideline is aimed at providing a reliable clinical basis for indications, preoperative evaluation and decision‐making, perioperative treatment, complications, and other issues via evidence‐based medicine. Two aspects are considered—percutaneous microwave ablation and intraoperative microwave ablation of bone tumors in extremities. Ultimately, the guideline is intended to standardize treatment and improve the clinical efficacy of microwave ablation of bone tumors in extremities. 相似文献
